Amazing & horrifying. When I took Sheikha Alyaa bint al-Bissa & Frisky Pummelig Pasha from Saudi Arabia to Germany in 1989 & to the US in 1991. all I needed was a certificate that they had been vaxxed against rabies within the past year & that a vet had examined them within the previous 14 days
