I’m in awe just how many journalists and alternative media members I respect, seem to buy this entire assassination narrative as the MSM tell it.

It’s likely that just as Mossad and CIA have done many false flag attacks to bring the US into a Middle East war with Iran, they most likely carried out an attempted assassination to bring the US into a Middle East war targeting Iran.
As I commented elsewhere, not one, but two miraculous events happened simultaneously:
- Trump turned his head at the exact moment to save his life
- A photographer snapped a photo of the bullet flying past Trump's head
If we go back to 9/11, I think it's fair to say that it would be more likely that the FBI would "find" the passport of one of the hijackers if the passport will be used in an attempt to blame the Muslim hijackers for what happened, rather than the passport miraculously surviving the plane crash. In the case of Trump assassination, I think it's fair to say that it would be more likely that a photo showing the bullet going past Trump's head would be "taken" and presented to the public if such a photo was needed as evidence that indeed there was a bullet that hit Trump's ear, rather than such a photo being taken by random chance. If there was no bullet but they had to prove that there was one, you'd expect such a photo to appear. On the other hand, if there was a bullet, you'd expect the chance of someone photographing it at just the right moment was <1%. Trump actually dodging that bullet and that photo actually being taken are two independent low-probability events. Both of them happening at the same time is less probable than each one of them happening on their own (it would be the probability of the first event multiplied by the probability of the second event). On the other hand, if dodging the bullet was fake, then it's highly likely that a fake photo of the bullet would appear, as they are no longer independent events but parts of the same event of faking the assassination.
I'd say the burden of proof that these two miracles actually happened simultaneously is on those who claim that they did happen. I don't think Trump having some blood (or liquid resembling blood) on his ear after he got up is convincing enough to start believing in such miracles. Any prosaic explanations of how this could have been faked are more likely to be true than a double miracle, especially given that the second miracle (the photo with the bullet) is conveniently used as evidence that the first miracle (Trump dodging the bullet) happened.

What is nuanced different with the Trump false flag is that it entails the conspiracy theorists being psyop'd with a set-up they'll see a mile away, BUT fail to properly interpret because they won't account for the fact that they themselves being psyop'd is a component of the overall bigger psyop. I’ll take a crack at this, mostly because I am confused myself. And I am confused because I am a fan of your work and I really cannot wrap my head around your analysis here. I am also equally confounded by everyone who seems to be cheering your analysis on.
In order to determine that this is a false-flag event, you ask cui bono (who benefits)? And the answer is Trump. Ergo, the supposition is that since Trump benefitted, he must have perpetrated the event himself.
Now you have committed to a narrative that says Trump faked his own failed assassination attempt and that this failed attempt is in reality a success. You have not discussed anywhere that I have seen how he could have faked a bullet grazing his ear. Possibly he ducked down and smeared fake blood on his ear. But this is a level of speculation I find totally unconvincing.
Trump, that is, is so cunning that he faked a failed assassination attempt by having an innocent man killed, another injured, after which, he smeared fake blood on his ear. I’m not exactly saying you are saying this. But as of yet, you have not accounted for how one man is dead and another injured (in addition to Trump’s bloody ear).
Much more reasonable, in my estimation, to entertain the (almost real) hypothetical: had Trump died, who benefits? And the answer here is most certainly the Establishment, whether Democratic or Republican. So far more likely that this is a FAILED false-flag operation.
But even that is incorrect. It would only be a false-flag operation if carried out by Trump against himself; since this was hardly necessary in the aftermath of the dismal Biden debate, the risks of doing so would not be worth taking! What if he actually got shot? The only reasonable assumption is that after the failure of Russiagate, lawfare tactics, and the first Presidential debate, Trump’s ACTUAL enemies wanted him dead. Such an assumption is the simplest and in line with Ockham’s razor.
Gulf of Tonkin was a false-flag event. It was carried out by the very side that claimed to be victim of the attack and blamed on an enemy in order to do something to the enemy the perpetrators of the event otherwise couldn’t do. The Kennedy assassination was not a false-flag event. It was the Establishment forgoing any false-flag cover and going straight for the kill. The same is true of the attempted Trump assassination.

In your estimation, only Trump will send America’s deplorables off as a capable fighting force to the Gulf region, effectively shifting the theatre of war from Eastern Europe to the Middle East. That, in a rather elongated nutshell, is what this is all about.
I suppose I’ll stop there. I hope it’s sort of self-explanatory why I am not convinced.

Indeed, it can cut both ways. And like you, I am perplexed by the number of endorsements this theory, which is what it is, has mustered in the comments here.
Although I share Kevin's take on other subjects, on this issue I have to differ with him. His deterministic answer to his own cui bono question is a non sequitur as there is a more plausible answer which doesn't call for as much mental gymnastics.
It is like reading the first verse of the first chapter of a holy book. There is a god and the name of god is such and such. One is expected to accept that declaration unquestioningly as a leap of faith. Once that first, foundational leap is taken, the rest of the book is internally consistent as everything flows from believing that single declaration. It is why followers of any religious faith are called believers.
But believing is not the same as knowing something for a certainty. One could just easily have assigned some other name to god and constructed an entirely different, just as self-consistent narrative. It is how we ended up with a multiplicity of religions, each professing itself to be the sole custodian of the truth. And by implication pronouncing every other religion as an untruth. History is replete with tales of millions slaughtering one another in the names of their true gods.
So if Kevin's speculation makes sense to some, there are other speculations which make just as much sense to others. None is conclusive because no one is ever likely to have the decisive facts. Six decades on we are still trading theories about who killed JFK. What are the odds of me or anyone else successfully taking up Kevin's challenge to convince him otherwise?!

Kevin, sadly, your explanation so far makes more sense than others I’ve heard. I ended up watching some of the first day of the RNC and nearly fell over during Sean O’Brien’s anti-corporate speech… and as badly as I want to cling to hope, the big picture does come into sharper relief when all such things are seen as political stunts to draw in voters. That was a tough act for the Democrats to follow and won’t garner much attention in the MSM, but will surely have bolstered Trump’s image as a man for the people and quietly boosted his numbers. It’s disturbing how many people truly see Trump as a savior figure and disregard all evidence to the contrary.
Incidentally I also noticed yesterday, while listening to a mainstream radio news affiliate on a road trip, multiple incongruous mentions of Iran, past Iranian plots, new threats not connected to Iran, etc., just peppered in there as suggestions. Nothing new, but the timing always means something.

About 50 years ago I quit watching TV, and over 30 years ago I quit listening to radio. I read local newspapers until 12 years ago. Currently my only source of news comes from various independent sites on the internet, now including several Substack authors.
When I first learned about the shooting at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night, I could find little information, but by Sunday things were starting to come out. The story seemed pretty fishy, but I had no idea what actually took place.
The first article I read that seemed to make some sense was Kevin's "Trump Shooting: Cock-up or Conspiracy?" But I found many others considered the possibility that the whole thing was staged was a "left-wing conspiracy theory" which was being promoted by some and dismissed by many others.
Thinking back to the murder of President Kennedy in November, 1963, and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald two days later, it seems to me that both of these events were "staged." The Secret Service men who were supposed to walk alongside the President's limousine were apparently ordered to stand aside shortly before the murder - as can be seen on video (still available on YouTube as of a couple days ago). It has been proposed that the driver of the limousine slowed or stopped during the murder, to allow several shots, then took off to the hospital. After the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald (live on TV), J. Edgar Hoover allegedly said that since there would be no need for a trial, the limousine could be cleaned and reconditioned (destroying any evidence of the crime connected to the automobile).
If these events in November of 1963 were staged, it seems obvious that not everyone involved knew about it - especially the victims.
Another thing that comes to mind: Operation Gladio, which took place in Europe after World War II, in which innocent people were randomly murdered in "terrorist attacks" that were apparently staged by intelligence agencies.
As another comment mentions, the probability of Mr. Trump having his ear grazed by a bullet seems incredibly low. But what makes me think the thing was staged more than anything else: the photo of Mr. Trump raising his fist under the U.S. flag.
Today I read that the roof of the building where the alleged shooter lodged has been "cleaned" - guess since there will be no need for a trial.
Lastly, I extend my sincere sympathy to the victims of this attack and their families (including the Crooks family).
Another photo I have seen recently claims to have "captured" the bullet buzzing past Mr. Trump's head. Just now read an article titled "Conspiracy theorist Joy Reid suggests Trump's assassination attempt was staged and he was not hit by a bullet" in which she asks many of the same questions and makes many of the same observations (in a very reasonable fashion). As a result, three of the four comments ridicule her.
So it appears to me that "left-wing conspiracy theories" will be utilized by those in control to keep us from knowing the truth.
Another stroke of "good fortune" -- Fox News gladly showed a CNN clip featuring Van Jones lamenting how a vigorous Trump who survived a (magic) bullet contrasts with Biden and Joy Reid being under the weather from "covid." "A Bullet Couldn't Stop Trump, But Covid Stopped Biden" is the title.
Maybe, just maybe this was exactly what it appeared to be, an attempted assassination with a lot of rampant incompetence involved...
True, many are saying this or that about how the Secret Service for example should have handled things. As I commented elsewhere, not one, but two miraculous events happened simultaneously:
- Trump turned his head at the exact moment to save his life
- A photographer snapped a photo of the bullet flying past Trump's head
If we go back to 9/11, I think it's fair to say that it would be more likely that the FBI would "find" the passport of one of the hijackers if the passport will be used in an attempt to blame the Muslim hijackers for what happened, rather than the passport miraculously surviving the plane crash. In the case of Trump assassination, I think it's fair to say that it would be more likely that a photo showing the bullet going past Trump's head would be "taken" and presented to the public if such a photo was needed as evidence that indeed there was a bullet that hit Trump's ear, rather than such a photo being taken by random chance. If there was no bullet but they had to prove that there was one, you'd expect such a photo to appear. On the other hand, if there was a bullet, you'd expect the chance of someone photographing it at just the right moment was <1%. Trump actually dodging that bullet and that photo actually being taken are two independent low-probability events. Both of them happening at the same time is less probable than each one of them happening on their own (it would be the probability of the first event multiplied by the probability of the second event). On the other hand, if dodging the bullet was fake, then it's highly likely that a fake photo of the bullet would appear, as they are no longer independent events but parts of the same event of faking the assassination.
I'd say the burden of proof that these two miracles actually happened simultaneously is on those who claim that they did happen. I don't think Trump having some blood (or liquid resembling blood) on his ear after he got up is convincing enough to start believing in such miracles. Any prosaic explanations of how this could have been faked are more likely to be true than a double miracle, especially given that the second miracle (the photo with the bullet) is conveniently used as evidence that the first miracle (Trump dodging the bullet) happened.

I’ll take a crack at this, mostly because I am confused myself. And I am confused because I am a fan of your work and I really cannot wrap my head around your analysis here. I am also equally confounded by everyone who seems to be cheering your analysis on.
In order to determine that this is a false-flag event, you ask cui bono (who benefits)? And the answer is Trump. Ergo, the supposition is that since Trump benefitted, he must have perpetrated the event himself.
Now you have committed to a narrative that says Trump faked his own failed assassination attempt and that this failed attempt is in reality a success. You have not discussed anywhere that I have seen how he could have faked a bullet grazing his ear. Possibly he ducked down and smeared fake blood on his ear. But this is a level of speculation I find totally unconvincing.
Trump, that is, is so cunning that he faked a failed assassination attempt by having an innocent man killed, another injured, after which, he smeared fake blood on his ear. I’m not exactly saying you are saying this. But as of yet, you have not accounted for how one man is dead and another injured (in addition to Trump’s bloody ear).
Much more reasonable, in my estimation, to entertain the (almost real) hypothetical: had Trump died, who benefits? And the answer here is most certainly the Establishment, whether Democratic or Republican. So far more likely that this is a FAILED false-flag operation.
But even that is incorrect. It would only be a false-flag operation if carried out by Trump against himself; since this was hardly necessary in the aftermath of the dismal Biden debate, the risks of doing so would not be worth taking! What if he actually got shot? The only reasonable assumption is that after the failure of Russiagate, lawfare tactics, and the first Presidential debate, Trump’s ACTUAL enemies wanted him dead. Such an assumption is the simplest and in line with Ockham’s razor.
Gulf of Tonkin was a false-flag event. It was carried out by the very side that claimed to be victim of the attack and blamed on an enemy in order to do something to the enemy the perpetrators of the event otherwise couldn’t do. The Kennedy assassination was not a false-flag event. It was the Establishment forgoing any false-flag cover and going straight for the kill. The same is true of the attempted Trump assassination.

In your estimation, only Trump will send America’s deplorables off as a capable fighting force to the Gulf region, effectively shifting the theatre of war from Eastern Europe to the Middle East. That, in a rather elongated nutshell, is what this is all about.
I suppose I’ll stop there. I hope it’s sort of self-explanatory why I am not convinced.

Indeed, it can cut both ways. And like you, I am perplexed by the number of endorsements this theory, which is what it is, has mustered in the comments here.
Although I share Kevin's take on other subjects, on this issue I have to differ with him. His deterministic answer to his own cui bono question is a non sequitur as there is a more plausible answer which doesn't call for as much mental gymnastics.
It is like reading the first verse of the first chapter of a holy book. There is a god and the name of god is such and such. One is expected to accept that declaration unquestioningly as a leap of faith. Once that first, foundational leap is taken, the rest of the book is internally consistent as everything flows from believing that single declaration. It is why followers of any religious faith are called believers.
But believing is not the same as knowing something for a certainty. One could just easily have assigned some other name to god and constructed an entirely different, just as self-consistent narrative. It is how we ended up with a multiplicity of religions, each professing itself to be the sole custodian of the truth. And by implication pronouncing every other religion as an untruth. History is replete with tales of millions slaughtering one another in the names of their true gods.
So if Kevin's speculation makes sense to some, there are other speculations which make just as much sense to others. None is conclusive because no one is ever likely to have the decisive facts. Six decades on we are still trading theories about who killed JFK. What are the odds of me or anyone else successfully taking up Kevin's challenge to convince him otherwise?!

Kevin, sadly, your explanation so far makes more sense than others I’ve heard. I ended up watching some of the first day of the RNC and nearly fell over during Sean O’Brien’s anti-corporate speech… and as badly as I want to cling to hope, the big picture does come into sharper relief when all such things are seen as political stunts to draw in voters. That was a tough act for the Democrats to follow and won’t garner much attention in the MSM, but will surely have bolstered Trump’s image as a man for the people and quietly boosted his numbers. It’s disturbing how many people truly see Trump as a savior figure and disregard all evidence to the contrary.
Incidentally I also noticed yesterday, while listening to a mainstream radio news affiliate on a road trip, multiple incongruous mentions of Iran, past Iranian plots, new threats not connected to Iran, etc., just peppered in there as suggestions. Nothing new, but the timing always means something.

As people are still gathering details of the attempted assassination on DJT--although the whole world is impatient for answers--it might be best for everyone to stay open to more facts before mentally confirming "this had to be a false flag operation!" " It is too soon!!!

But back here in reality, could it have been a magic bullet, with smart technology? They can drop a smart bomb from a couple miles up and come within inches of hitting a target, so why couldn't the Deep State invent a smart bullet to come within a half inch of the target, if they wanted to miss?
So, the patsi is recruited and given the gun with the smart bullets, and free access (Did they find the bullet that hit the ear?). Meanwhile, the Secret Service and Homeland Insecurity is too obese or slow (because of DEI) to climb the roof, or respond to the witness who screams, "SOMEONE IS ON THE ROOF!"
About 50 years ago I quit watching TV, and over 30 years ago I quit listening to radio. I read local newspapers until 12 years ago. Currently my only source of news comes from various independent sites on the internet, now including several Substack authors.
When I first learned about the shooting at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night, I could find little information, but by Sunday things were starting to come out. The story seemed pretty fishy, but I had no idea what actually took place.
The first article I read that seemed to make some sense was Kevin's "Trump Shooting: Cock-up or Conspiracy?" But I found many others considered the possibility that the whole thing was staged was a "left-wing conspiracy theory" which was being promoted by some and dismissed by many others.
Thinking back to the murder of President Kennedy in November, 1963, and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald two days later, it seems to me that both of these events were "staged." The Secret Service men who were supposed to walk alongside the President's limousine were apparently ordered to stand aside shortly before the murder - as can be seen on video (still available on YouTube as of a couple days ago). It has been proposed that the driver of the limousine slowed or stopped during the murder, to allow several shots, then took off to the hospital. After the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald (live on TV), J. Edgar Hoover allegedly said that since there would be no need for a trial, the limousine could be cleaned and reconditioned (destroying any evidence of the crime connected to the automobile).
If these events in November of 1963 were staged, it seems obvious that not everyone involved knew about it - especially the victims.
Another thing that comes to mind: Operation Gladio, which took place in Europe after World War II, in which innocent people were randomly murdered in "terrorist attacks" that were apparently staged by intelligence agencies.
As another comment mentions, the probability of Mr. Trump having his ear grazed by a bullet seems incredibly low. But what makes me think the thing was staged more than anything else: the photo of Mr. Trump raising his fist under the U.S. flag.
Today I read that the roof of the building where the alleged shooter lodged has been "cleaned" - guess since there will be no need for a trial.
Lastly, I extend my sincere sympathy to the victims of this attack and their families (including the Crooks family).

Another photo I have seen recently claims to have "captured" the bullet buzzing past Mr. Trump's head. This reminds me of the 1946 Judy Garland film, THE HARVEY GIRLS, where Chris Maule (Ray Bolger) tells Alma (Virginia O'Brien) that "Marty Peters was just here." Alma replies: "Marty Peters? The man who shot the last blacksmith?"
Chris (the new blacksmith) says: "He, . . . he, . . . he did what?"
And Alma states: "Well, it's all based on circumstantial evidence. No one actually saw the bullet leave the gun." (above per imdb.com)
So it appears we have come a long way since 1946, where we can now photograph bullets as they zoom by!
Just now read an article titled "Conspiracy theorist Joy Reid suggests Trump's assassination attempt was staged and he was not hit by a bullet" in which she asks many of the same questions and makes many of the same observations (in a very reasonable fashion). As a result, three of the four comments ridicule her.
So it appears to me that "left-wing conspiracy theories" will be utilized by those in control to keep us from knowing the truth.
Another stroke of "good fortune" -- Fox News gladly showed a CNN clip featuring Van Jones lamenting how a vigorous Trump who survived a (magic) bullet contrasts with Biden and Joy Reid being under the weather from "covid." "A Bullet Couldn't Stop Trump, But Covid Stopped Biden" is the title.
Maybe, just maybe this was exactly what it appeared to be, an attempted assassination with a lot of rampant incompetence involved...
True, many are saying this or that about how the Secret Service for example should have handled things. However, we also know that many people in charge are now incompetent given the "woke" ideology they consistently espouse. Simply loom at the current, physical requirements for a Secret Service agent.
What may be sheer incompetence appears to provide people with enough grist to come up with alternative theories about what actually happened.
We should be cautious about connecting the dots where there may not be any...
