I think your serious by asking, so I'll tell you I read it on his own website. He also supports a permanent ceasefire, reparations for the descendants of slaves, and lots of other good stuff that I agree with, but sterilizing and mutilating kids for a temporary mental disorder is so wrong, so I hope he'll change his mind.
Oh yeah gosh your comment has disappeared. Anyway, my comment was sort of ill-founded. When I see "mutilating kids" I automatically think of circumcision, and that's what I reacted to, sorry! Of course mutilating kids, as you say, for a temporary mental disorder, is absolutely just as wrong.
