That's great that Yemen is standing up for the Palestinians, but where's the rest of the world, especially Turkey? No decent person could watch this total massacre, this slaughter of innocent life, and support the Israelis ever again. Butchering bastards!

All the devils supporting and cheering this genocide, and their seed, are reserving their places on boxcar 2.0. Whereupon once again Al-Hasib (aka Yahweh) will maintain radio silence as the books are balanced at tremendous collateral damage to goyim. The gharqad prophecy is unfolding before us, presumably boxtree alludes to conversion?

Forgot to mention my article about why Zionists are psychotic. Consistent with many of your views. You might like it: https://garyflomenhoft.substack.com/p/why-are-israelis-and-zionists-so?utm_source=profile&utm_medium=reader2

and thanks again for translating Guyenot's "From Yahweh to Zion". It profoundly helped my understanding of Judaism.

That's a terrific essay, Gary! As you probably could guess, I think you are overgeneralizing about religion being nothing but dumb fairy tales for the gullible. A good intro to religious studies class might expand your horizons. But you've offered sound reasons to see things the way you do. Would you mind if I posted your piece at VT along with a link?

No I don't mind posting a link to my article. We don't need to rehash our disagreement about religion. You underestimate my knowledge of spirituality, which has little to do with religion. I think all patriarchal religions ARE dumb fairy tales for the gullible, mainly a means for the elite to control the masses. If you call god "he" then you are stuck in that paradigm, of a personal separate deity that can be appealed to with prayer.

Since the anthropomorphic patriarchal sky god didn't make sense to me, when I had some free time after college I read the religious philosophies of every world religion, probably more than an intro religious study class would cover. Eastern religion/philosophy of an intrinsic, pantheistic (non-gendered) god makes much more sense to me. It ends the schizoid nature of western thought by integrating god into everything, making humans a part of everything instead of separate from god. Later I discovered the pre-agricultural Goddess religions, and pagan love rituals in the early temples. Read, "The Chalice and the Blade" by Rianne Eisler for background. That sounds much more appealing than the angry sky god who sends us to hell for committing "sin". In any case the creator is a much more expansive entity than the limited, dualistic thinking of obsolete Abrahamic religions can comprehend, as anyone with cursory understanding of the vastness of the 14.6 billion year old universe can see when they look at the limitness night sky.

I don't believe in an anthropomorphic patriarchal god either. Christian mystics talk about the Godhead, which is more like Islam's non-anthropomorphic idea of God (and lines up with what wisdom teachers across cultures report).

Sounds good Kevin. If that's true you should stop calling god "he"! It's not just a "figure of speech".
