I looked up the image West posted of a "superimposed Star of David and swastika," as you describe it. To me it looks more like a star of David morphed into a central swastika by transforming the straight horizontal sides of the two triangles into the right-angle bends of a swastika. In other words, it's the history of Zionist designs on Palestine in one ideogram, from the Balfour Declaration's "a home" for the Jews, to "the homeland" of the Jews ethnically cleansed of Arabs, taking the swastika as a symbol of genocide, as Jews do.
