I understand that some are questing whether viruses as causes of infections exist. It seems to me viruses are used to describe a cause of a disease when a cause cannot be found. But it does not mean that there is not some other cause that we do not understand yet. Why should we think we can understand everything? We do not understand what electricity is but use it every day. Electron is just a name for something that causes electricity, but we can neither see nor understand it.
