Good summary. Churchill is supposed to have quipped, "You can always count on the Americans to do the right thing, after they have exhausted all the other possibilities." It's going to be a long tense wait in this instance.

PS: I think the right phrasing of the Russian view is the US is 'not agreement capable'.

Thanks! Though I think Churchill did even wronger things, and neither he nor the Americans ever got around to doing many right ones.

Indeed. My love for the English language doesn't stretch to forgetting Churchill starved to death close to 4 million Indians in the Great Bengal Famine of 1943 by diverting the food to British and European soldiers in WWII. Bet he thought it was the right thing to do.

Hello Kevin...

I have purchased Makia's book, "The Cult of the Chosen Ones". However, I bought it from Thrift-Books since the payment process for it at Barnes & Noble did not work and Amazon did not carry it.

This is obviously a book that the PTB doesn't want people to read.

But if one wants to, there are always ways around these insidious people.

As it regards Jesus, to date I have found the most plausible theory of his development was through the outgrowth of Flavianism in Rome, originally created by the emperor Flavius, who wanted a civil religion to unite the Roman peoples. Flavianism, as a result, became very popular in Roman societies and lasted for around 200 years where soon after you see the rise of Christianity that appropriated many of the tenets of Flavianism.

Sounds like you've been reading Joe Atwill's Caesar's Messiah. I interviewed him maybe 15 years ago. I'm not convinced by that thesis but it's admittedly interesting.
