As I see it, there's only one fix and that's a global rally of citizens taking to the streets and demanding all private monies be completely banned from every aspect of public governance and NGO's. Additionally, the introduction of wealth tax legislation that puts a ceiling on the amount individuals, corporations and NGO's can hold and control. Further, I believe there would need to be a 'blanket amnesty' introduced for all current and former politicians, as the vast majority of them would be under a cloud of bribery and or blackmail.
